About LIUM

LIUM is the studio name under which the publisher works as an independent artist. She designs and produces original visual and audiovisual works for brands, companies and artists: short films, images, characters and visual worlds. She personally handles concept, art direction, production and finishing, using tools that include artificial intelligence. LIUM does not provide marketing advice or consulting.

Privacy: contact forms

What we collect: when you send a form, we receive your name, your email, your brand, company or artist name, your message, and the page you sent it from. Our form service also records your IP address and browser type with each submission. Why: only to answer your request and discuss a possible project with you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract. Who handles it: the data controller is the publisher named above. Submissions are received and stored by Netlify Forms, the form service of our host Netlify, Inc., which filters spam with an automated service (Akismet). A copy is then sent to the publisher’s email inbox. Messages written to contact@lium.world are forwarded by our domain provider, OVHcloud. Transfers outside the EU: Netlify, Inc. is based in the United States, so your form data is stored there. How long: we keep your data for three years after our last exchange, unless a contract requires longer, then delete it from Netlify Forms and from our inbox at our next quarterly review. Your data is never sold or shared for marketing.

Privacy: visit statistics

When a page is opened from a tracked link we sent (for example a link ending in ?ref=…), we record that the page was opened from that link. Our form service also records the visitor’s IP address and browser type. No name, no email and no cookie are involved.

Third-party players

Music players are provided by SoundCloud and load only when you press play. SoundCloud’s own privacy policy then applies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, by writing to contact@lium.world. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
